Warranty & Returns Policy

Most goods carry a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty for private household use from the date of purchase. In line with most manufacturers, the use of products commercially qualifies the purchaser to a 3-month warranty period.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster or other external causes to damage caused by operating equipment in a manner outside that described in the instruction manual.


All of the products sold by Admon can be fully serviceable. Until the nature of any fault is determined, the resolution Admon can offer may vary. Please keep in mind that photos may be required to allow confirmation and resolution of an issue (this may be done via email). Where necessary, the item may need to be returned to determine fault/issue. Once the fault/issue is clarified, Admon may fit replacement parts as according to the manufacturer’s schedule. While Admon stocks a vast range of fast moving parts, we may need to order certain parts from the supplier. Specially ordered can take up to 2 weeks to arrive, while a small number of difficult to order parts can take up to 8 weeks to arrive.

Admon and or the manufacturer may not accept warranty claim where the purchaser has contributed to the fault/issue or been misleading in their description of their issues. Where freight costs are incurred by Admon to return your product, reimbursement to Admon may be required prior to releasing the goods. The item is also to be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

If for any of the above reasons you are required to return an item, the following steps need to be followed:

Send an email to sales@admonmachinery.com.au stating your Tax Invoice, the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.

Our customer service department will review your email and, if applicable, issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RMA), which must be included on the address label. All other relevant information will be sent to you at this time.

Admon will not accept returns without an RMA attached.

You are responsible to ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return of an item. Failure to do so may result in the withholding of any refund and or warranty claim.
